Indeed, the first photograph is a GA-21 with side-by-side seating. A very advanced training concept at the time, not to even mention the flaps.

That's got some P51 in it ?.

Yes American, yes a trainer and I agree about the P-51 look, but apparently no link between the two.

The fin is a dead ringer for a P51.

Try Googling P51 designer and it will come up with Edgar Schmued………….

That kind of gives it away, but I have to admit I didn't know that bit.

Dook, is it perchance under the menu (3 horizontal bars) on the left of the dark blue PPRuNe title bar? That's where messages are on my smart phone.
