No such thing!

Just hooligan around at 200ft and 450 kts , speak to nobody, including the rest of your 4/8 ball and avoid detection.

Thus spoke a Jaguar pilot..........

Antonov AN-2?

If correct, as TTN put it so elegantly a little while ago :

Duk, mon vieux...

Just hooligan around at 200ft and 450 kts
What? And flight-plan for the climb?

At Newquay International Field, the 'Gallant Forty Twa' would launch from RW 31 with four Speys roaring, then cross the cliffs, descend to 100 ft and shut two down! After five hours sub-hunting, including a magnificent lunch, we would relight the two dormant Speys, climb back into the circuit then debrief in the Scruffs' Bar. Some debriefs lasted longer than the flight!

The challenge is not an Antonov.

It is the Commonweath Boomerang

First part
frequent = common
misuse is the indicator for an anagram
anagram of "the law" = wealth

Back to you
