Do I see a chaff/flare dispenser or is it a brake 'chute housing?

Believe its a braking chute housing. It certainly uses one on landing.

Second thoughts, don't think it is 'coz of lack of 'chute housing, got misled on a website, twas a Mirage I saw (as one would )
