Which Aerodrome Mk III
dook hits the nail on the head!
Definitely a Caribou, but an unusual colour-scheme. Can anyone make out what the other aircraft on the ramp is?

From some previous challenges I saved a map showing all airfields during the war.
This one looks short and perhaps non-permanent.
There were loads of them just east of Saigon. A good area to look ?

Apperently it contains a clue?
Perhaps colour detail can help?
SLB
dook wins again. LZ Betty on the coast, just south of Phan Thiet
I stumbled on this interesting post, while researching LZ Betty:

I'll have to go there one day and see if the bench is still there. Somehow I doubt it!
JENKINS, it certainly looks like a U-21. I assumed the Caribou might be Air America but it seems a long way from its normal stomping grounds.

Not Norway. Not sure if that pitch is heated or if they just clear the snow off. Probably heated as otherwise it would be icy a lot of the time. Airfield is not always covered in snow at this time of year though.
