Which Aerodrome Mk III
A precision strike, Harry.
Lanyu Island, just off the SE coast of Taiwan, home to a large population of indigenous people, who are not very happy about their island being used as a dumping ground for waste from nuclear power stations.
Here are some of the canoes that inspired the terminal building's architecture, with the symbol that dook mentioned:
An unconventional disembarkation from a Twin Otter:
HH has control.

Actually I'll hand it to Dook - his/her Taiwan suggestion led me to Google Taiwan Airports ................... which was a bit too easy..................
That airport looks like an interesting landing????
Amazed someone went off the runway on the UPHILL side

HH,
I thought about that too, but looking at the runway orientation, I suspect they get healthy onshore crosswinds.
As HH graciously said, dook has control.
PS I recently completed the Melbourne to Hong Kong leg of the Round-the-World virtual race on sailonline.org. Quite a few PPRuNers participate - my vessel is Miss Saigon. When transiting the chain of islands in the Luzon Strait, I wondered where the boundary between the Philippines and Taiwan was. That's how I discovered Lanyu/Orchid island.
