Not sure if this should be here or on the military forum.
"Does anyone know if RAF Brits being used on VIP flights or to support Comet VIP/VVIP flights or on sensitive flights had additional radio kit fitted for the mission?

I cannot recall ( it was so long ago 
) any additional radio equipment being fitted for VIP flights, but perhaps there might be an ex Air Sig who might know otherwise ? Why would the old girl require more kit any way ?
