That's very cryptic.

Is it a Burgess?

Do you know something? I'm not convinced it is the model H.

No, scratch that. I've just found Graemes' photo.

It's going to be a long wait mate.

Good evening LM,

Just a quick log-in to say that I've sent some images to you (not home) and then I'm off.

"Spot the differences"; obviously not the same photo (or same machine?), your view is more oblique, and the prop's been swung, yours has clear signs of ailerons and connecting rod, is Graeme's slightly earlier with wing-warping, and what's going on with the shape of the tailplane!! But then it definately isn't a Penguin, so it must be a Burgess!

Must dash now, hopefully the Wizard of Oz wont slumber too long, bless him. Seeya

I suppose it would be nice if someone greeted Graeme when he gets up.

the Burgess H?
Done deal. Control is yours Martin. Wiki says that Burgess Meridith served in the USAAF.

I suppose it would be nice if someone greeted Graeme when he gets up.
Wiki also says that your ratty thing is a pack animal and makes a lousy pet...

Meerkats make very poor pets. They bite, and the bite can become infected. They stink, and will scent-mark their owner and the house (their "territory"). Being a pack animal, they may become hysterical if kept as single pets.[8]
Is it a case of the owner resembling the pet!? LOL

I'm not entirely correct am I? It was going to be produced by the "Weser" company because Messerschmitt was preoccupied with 109 production...?

I've seen it listed under both Wesser and Messerscmitt, but you are correct in that Wesser were to produce it. Anyway I would have accepted either of the manufacturers!
