That's a large expanse of forest and lakes/rivers in the background. Maybe Finnish?.. or at least Scandinavia?
Good spot RR, but incorrect on both counts.

Unplanned and unexpected, but I have to now go and invigilate an examination.

I shall have a brief relief at 1415.
