There is no engine in the illustration, but from what I can gather it was designed to eventually be fitted with one.

It is on the web, but information is scant.

OK. The cockpit has a Dornier look about it. Is that the right direction? I admit I have no idea but I'm searching for clues!!!

It does have a Dornier look about it doesn't it.

It isn't though.

It is either known as the Beese-Boutard Wasserflugzeug (her husband was Boutard) or the Mellie Beese Flugyacht.

No problem! I think RR was right about the Dornier resemblance though - they are rumoured to have taken the design after Beese was banned from flying or designing aircraft.

Yes you are both correct. My negative response was because the challenge isn't a Dornier.

I woul stick around spook - you might get an open house today, but not, I suspect, from RR.
