Spit161 I refer you to the Sticky: What Cockpit and What Aerodrome latest Lists. This gives a list of cockpits that have been posted before. The Bristol Beaufighter has in fact been posted twice before.

Anyone else now view the Beaufighter control column as looking quite modern whereas before the F-1 steering wheels had similar-ish shapes/outlines the Beaufighter pole looked dated to say the least!

A quick thank you to Mel for keeping the list up to date and for providing cockpit photos of some rare machines! Thanks Mel and all you cockpit-eers who have made this thread one of the best in pPrune.
