Clues needed I think? My apologies for any vagueness, as it's not a type I'm familiar with being post 1960.

The acronym 'FSW' is one clue, and it has an unusual number of engine(s) for the class of aircraft.

Nope, not a Yak, but there was a Soviet connection. One of the prototypes crashed.

The Baade B-152 also known as Dresden 152 or simply 152 the first German jet passenger airliner. Perhaps?
