BBC 2 - "Story of Jet Flight"
Does anyone recall in the early 1980s a BB2 series of 3 x 1 hour programmes entitled The Story of Jet Flight, which followed the story of Whittle and Gloster’s development of the Jet and Meteor aircraft with some excellent footage and actors taking the various parts in dramatisations etc. It also featured Chris Orlebar then a Concorde F/O bringing up to date as of that time. I have never seen it re-shown since has anyone got a copy or know how one can be obtained please?
