What limited case law does exist, the Privy Council were quite clear that an established player is within their rights to compete aggressively against new entrants to a market - even selling below cost is not necessarily viewed as being illegal.

you cannot use your market power to run others out of business. Catch 22, is the others need to take the legal action 1st in most juristictions & lawyers cost money, big money in most cases.
