In all seriousness though...It would be VERY easy to find instructors for this enterprise if they were contracted to flow to QF mainline (or JQ) after serving satisfactorily as an instructor for a certain period. They could even be given a seniority number so that they weren't junior to their students.

But that will never happen with the current QF Group psyche that values industrial division and more stick / less carrot.
