Sadly just received news that Keith Black ex Kiap and long serving pilot in PNG passed away yesterday.

So many fond memories.

one of those characters who are sadly missing from modern day aviation.

An absolute Legend, Gentleman and a totally larger than life character. Very sad to hear this but glad I have so many great memories of the adventures with Blackie in PNG.

The days of quaking the Duck whilst going into Sydney are long gone.

Then came the great days flying the Dash with PX, RIP Keith and your legacy will live on forever with PNG pilots.
