Aviation obstruction light

Could anyone please advise a CASA/Airservices phone number to report an Australian aviation obstruction light unlit? Hopefully just a bulb(s) replacement required.

The radio station that transmits from the site isn't interested

Seems to be sorted recently. Must have taken the new bulb from either the Telstra Monopole or Bulla CMNTS.

Maybe the pastor of the Bulla Uniting Church doesn't like having a prominent red light that may encourage the flock to a house of ill-repute rather than a house of worship!
