Hainan Airlines into Avalon
It was announced in April of 2014 Hainan Airlines had a MOU with the Victorian Govt. that this airline would be flying into Avalon within 18 months. 18 Months is up. Has anyone heard any updates to this?

Forget it.
A lot of these Chinese carriers announce new destinations, new routes but either cancel before it happens or reduce frequency. I think this mob has already served SYD, then packed up and left.
Reminds me of China Eastern/Southern/Western/Northern who every so often announce increases to Melbourne services but never make it happen!
