The guys at Strategic we're suckered into getting an AOC for the troop movements by senior military folk under the auspices of greater safety. The same military folk then went off to find cheaper options as the incumbent attempted to amortise the cost of 'gaining' and 'maintaining' the AOC across the contract price.

Many threads get shut down for a number of very, very valid reasons, the two most common being: Incorrect or libellous criticism or statements; and the thread has drifted so far off the original topic, it is irrelevant and impossible to steer back to the original topic.
