lol....... it was the 4th module in the engine that gave way, this needed the engine to be removed, also this is due to !@#$!@#$ cheap labour in asian countries, even when everyone say that doesnt happen but it does...... not to mention that we have found used rags in and around the nacelles......

Landing clearances with a check wheels have been required by civil ATC's for a long time when providing landing clearances to Military Aircraft with retractable gear and civil aircraft that have had a distress phase called on them, such as a mayday call.

Also, it's interesting that the QF5 had so much more coverage than the QF1 out of BKK last week (same thing, though maybe the QF1's engine failure was slightly worse...)
