I notice another REX thread has disappeard regarding EBA neg's and the prick who runs the company's speech in the Fri Flyer..

I managed to read 1 of these messages from the 
recently.
No wonder the attrition rate is so high with the crap T & C's and then this garbage coming down from the top, surprised they have any pilots at all.
Maybe some lessons in dealing with the australian workforce are in order as I dont believe that kind of pep talk would be well recieved amongst the troops, especially on a piece of paper with a cheesey smiling photo.
