ALAEA members should take a serious look at what is happening.
Why do you think its taken 18 months to date for your EBA. Could it be that SP is looking further a field to politics for which he has been heard stating and using the members as a tool to get there. Its seems now its an alpha male fight between GD and SP and your caught in the middle. Maybe there is in fighting in the executive.
Better sort it out before the world ends.

Didnt the ALAEA have an agreement with QF and then pulled out,some internal pressures maybe

Your quite right that when the "HEADS OF AGREEMENT" came to a vote at the executive, it was close and infact only passed when some changed their minds. However the the final document did not represent what was contained in the HOA and thus could not and would not be taken to a vote.

You had better ask your manager why that is, I just hope he can hear you from under the table.
