Interesting observation, "if you fly LCC you get what you pay for".
QF routinely puts fullfare pax on JQ flights, do they get what they pay for? Yes I am aware that it usually says in the schedule that this sector is operated by JQ 320 etc.

Whoever calls Virgin a low cost carrier again deserves to be taken out at dawn, in the rain and shot! I think the term they like is "New World Carrier"

But on a lighter note.......... you all need to stop pulling your chains otherwise you might go blind.

You can't put a price on the stupidity of some.... even if it is SACL, the Passengers, VB, Qantas, J* etc etc etc etc...

This incident makes a mockery of the JetStar Agreement.

Well looking at this I think old Westaway needs to read his own Policy Manual!

Was there any noise complaints about the TS after curfew? Surely the weather should be required to observe the curfew. Stupid, yes, but so are curfews. The policy should be reviewed and allowances made for weather delays. The cost of the EM diversion to ML is a impost that should not have occurred to the operator.

Business Decision Making 101:

Will the decision you make result in return customers?

If "yes", continue.

If "no", rethink.

This decision will result in lost customers and must be renounced.
