Anyone know where is this based? I know someone who fits the bill...
If they were to advertise a reasonable salary for this position ($100-120k), there would be a flood of applicants, if operators are serious and want quality applicants for these types of senior positions, then they will have to make it worthwhile.

ITs for a position in perth with the probability of becoming their chief pilot so it is a big move for people in NSW. from what i have heard he is fussy. Im not him but i have spoken to a few people who know the full story.
Metro drivers are hard to come by but not that hard surley. I have 2 of them and it didnt take a lot of advertising
Could be wrong

The position is Darwin based.
Fat chance about the MB and germanic clause you suggest.
A protected species while Lord Chamberlain (KG) provides cover for him.

If only dear Nick knew half of it.......
