Virgin Blue Long Haul Info

Well hello everybody.

I am brand new to the PPRuNe gig and I am hoping that some of you out there can help me with some information.

I'm an Aussie living in the USA flying for a regional trying to get back home. I am finding it very hard to source info on the VB Long Haul operation. Even an e-mail direct to VB LH came back with no information. It appears that they are keeping their cards close to their chest.

Can anyone out there pass on info regarding the proposed hiring, i.e. when is due to start, what the requirements may be, will the pilots come from VB domestic and/or outside sources etc etc......

Anything at all will be appreciated.

Thanks guys.

Jay700 welcome to pprune.

ATM there is no information other than what is rumoured on this site.
Your best bet is to go to the virginblue website and under the jobs section register an expression of interest for longhaul. That way as soon as any jobs are advertised you will get an email.
