Anyone catch it?

Ahh, great investigative journalism there.

Not much in it, except I love the part:

"Jetstar officials deny that they are the worst airline in australia and instead dispute the validity of the survey."

I dont think a survey is too grey; Who do you think is the worst?
Common Australia, It's all about CHOICE!

In the clamour for cheap seats, these people seem to forget that something has to go in order to get those cheap seats!

If its proper service you want, fly on a full service airline!

...Oh...that's right...there aren't any anymore...tuff.

Yeah, the taxi driver took me to the wrong airport, I missed my flight, there was no ground staff to help me as I arrived there hours late, somebody sitting next to me got a cheaper flight (probably because they were smarter) - so it must all be the airline's fault!!!!!

Jet *

Unfortunately of late I have had to use the Jet* service, not by CHOICE but because QF doesn’t fly that route anymore……. The thing is, although they weren’t long sectors, I had too take sick days after my experience due to back and neck pain!
And this was even with the staff travel perks of 3 seats to myself!
No wonder the pax voted it the worst domestic airline……I can’t imagine how uncomfortable they are in their singular seat.

Note to JQ crew, I was sitting in row 30 and I could here EVERYTHING you were bitching about remember the pretty red curtain isn’t an iron one!

Note to Flygrl..

The word is spelt hear not here !

I have flown many sectors with J* and while I'm not happy at the impact of J* on my job the seats are no better or worse than QF (Y/C) or VB.

I'm not talking about leg room just the seats and I imagine I am a lot bigger than you.So the sick leave you HAD to take is a bit of a laugh!!!

Are you that upset over the closure of the AO base?

Agreed lobe.

I'm not happy with the ipmact JQ has had on my job over the last few years however I will stick up for them. The 3 times I have travelled on them it was all pretty civilised. Friendly and well presented crew, smart new A320 and adequate catering to purchase. The seats are no less comfortable than a Qantas economy seat on a 737.

Flygrl, if you had to take sick leave after sitting on a JQ flight, I think your problem may be more sinister than having to sit down in 30 ABC for a few hours on an A320. If you had all that room, why didn't you get up and move around. Get yourself to a specialist girl and get yourself fixed

30 A...B...& C! Looxshoory. Last time I flew QF's brilliant maimline service I sat between two fat blokes for two uncomfortable hours.

Bustard...here's a tip. When stuck between those amongst us that have been "Upsized", try shaking your leg in that really annoying fashion & see how long it takes for them to stop wobbling!
