My copy of the 2005 Annual report (page 58) shows:

Geoff Dixon:

Salary: $1,905,863
Cash Incentives: $1,490,000
Non Cash Benefits: $301,396
End of Service: $1,414,785
Super: $95,979
Travel: $19,100
Equity Benefits: $1,255,550
Total: $6,482,673

The ones in italics are what would be considered a bonus.

Total bonus for 2005 was $4.1 Million dollars or a 215% bonus on an already VERY generous salary.

BTW my bonus represents a .3% bonus (yes that is a decimal point!).
Agree there are other areas to the pay packet. After a cursory glance though, I believe most of the things you named aren't a "bonus" as such. Just part of total remuneration. I was only looking for performance related remuneration.

It is a very good salary, I agree.

Agree DutchRoll. I used to raise an eyebrow as a copilot when the additional fuel above Min. Op Requirement exceeded the actual fuel burn for the leg. Not sure whether people just didn't care ("If I can fill her up, and not even worry about fuel planning - it's all good") or whether they just didn't think about it.. The aircraft doesn't know if it's an extra 5 tons of cargo, or 5 tons of fuel.

Same with people who wouldn't step up a few levels to save some fuel.. The old "If we TAS out, we'll be at the pub 3 mins and 42 seconds earlier
