Top of descent reminder

Unlikely, it's not the province of ATC but entirely up to the crew. ATC have no knowledge of what particular point a crew calculate they would need to commence descent.

In "EUROCONTROL Specification for
Monitoring Aids" concepts, you can read :
"3.2.1.7 For flights where the descending flight phase is modelled in the trajectory, the system
may provide a top of descent reminder a predefined time before or after the estimated
time at the point of top of descent, to the sector currently controlling the flight.
3.2.1.8 The top of descent reminder for a flight shall be removed upon entry of a new CFL."
What think of this concept ? Unfeasible ?
