And I suppose they will also compensate their SLF when delayed for all the other reasons? Like hell they will.

As I said on the other thread- I think it is fantastic. It's about time mangers running Govt. services pretending they are 'businesses' found out what the real business world is like.

You get to be ACCOUNTABLE for your mistakes.
