Doha & Abu Dhabi

Doha don't do Area; that's covered by Bahrain & Abu Dhabi so if not APS rated you'd be tower-only there.

Area control in the UAE is joint provided by Serco and the GCAA. Abu Dhabi is Tower and APS with Global Aerospace Logistics. Go look up on google for their email addresses.
