Middle East Wannabe ATC questions

Dear friends,
Can You please help me with information on how to start ATC career in Middle East for expat ?
I'm currently working as operations controller / flight dispatcher for one of the companies in the Gulf.
Can I start a career as an ATC assistant after completing appropriate training in Emirates Aviation College or Academy of Technical Training ?
Do You know any ATC training courses in Bahrain ?
Are there any limitations for expats ?

Thanks for Your help in advance!

Bad news. The gulf countries only train their own citizens. The only positions for controllers are for licensed controllers with (usually) 5 years experience in the stream they are being hired for.
The 'assistant route' will not lead to a controller position for anyone other than a citizen.
Bahrain does not run training courses, outsourcing the training of their citizens to the far east.
