I would have thought you should be eligible for Touchdown, amongst others.

Thanks for that Mike..it gives very little away on the website as to what level of discounted travel you can avail of..is it it a similiar level to touchdown or does it allow you go standby on flights for buttons..any idea?

I thought airlines were in business to make money, not to provide cheap travel for Uncle Tom Cobley and all! What about the fire personnel, refuellers, air traffic engineers, and other members of the airport team, should they all get free travel or is the suggestion that ATCOs are more important than the rest?

It is generous of airlines to offer discounts subject to load and those who are sufficiently canny are able to make good use of such offers. More to the point those on ATCO salaries are probably able to afford the full price?
