Ryanair Juliet Pappa out of LPA this afternoon

I don't know where else to post this however i overheard the most "comical" lack of airmenship i have ever heard on the radio. I hope im posting this in the correct part of the forum, if not it belongs in Jetblast! A lot of traffic left GCLP around 12.30z this afternoon, sometime after we were handed over to Canarias we hear the controller ask this RYR**JP if they would like 320 or 380, 34 and 36 were occupied by traffic about 2 miles ahead and behind. First reply was that they were unable 320 and 380 because they had filed 360. The controller again asked 320 or 380 as all other levels were occupied. Again, Unable 320. this went on for a while until the captain threated with "writing a report which will have bad consiquences because this was unacceptable." The supervisor had to come on the frequency and ask why he was unable 320, "we have a 4 hour flight and we are on minumun fuel." Finally after we have all been listening to this jabber, another pilot (which i will have to buy a beer someday) transmits "contigency fuel?" This of course led to ATC saying they would have to file a report about RYR not having enough contigency fuel (Which i assumed was a missinterpritation because I know they use 5% standard or 3% if needed due weight.) But seriously folks, Does it not occure to anyone that 340 or 360 will be available after casablanca? knowing they are flying a very congested (at times) airways which are straight and dont allow for much vectoring (as if casa would care to do this anyways). I hope I am not the only one which heard this! Thanks Ryanair for giving me the lowest fared laugh of the day! (This is not a general bashing of Ryanair, just the actual captain and the way their fuel policy works.)
