There are NATS and Eurocontrol threads at the top of the page. Everything is written there.
Now, to answer your questions, if you apply now, you can go testing in NATS in 2 weeks (you choose your own date), as for Eurocontrol, they have selection every month, but you will have to wait a few months because the queue is long.
They are both great options, but given your age, NATS is (probably) your only option, Eurocontrol only takes applicants 24 and younger.
