332 moves last month plus overflights. Got a detatchment out this months so movements will tripple.
We have 2 ATCO's a watch plus a 3rd to give breaks to cover local and radar. Open 364 days a year 07:30-00:00
My salary didnt change when NSL took on the contract from SERCO. SERCO allowed us to participate in the share save scheme, NSL do not give us shares as per the UK. We also had a final salary scheme with SERCO
Annual payrises have been lower than our NSL uk counterparts.
Staff numbers have reduced since NSL took over. 2 ATCO's down and only 4 ATCA's remain.
