Farewell ICAO doc 019

This is perfect example how economics can change laws in now time. We have just received memo from our Transport Minister:
Valid:immediately
Icao doc 019 is canceled with all other rules connected to it

Eurocontrol also told us that thay are working on new doc 019 wich will be something like this: YOU ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANYTHING, JUST TELL THEM IT MIGHT BE THERE

This is what i call a TWIST.

There is no ICAO doc 019.

There is a circular 019 which dates back to 1951.

Are you sure it hasn't been moved to a museum?

To be pedantic, it's an ICAO EUR/NAT document!

I concede -I've been out-pedanted!
It's ICAO EUR/NAT Doc EUR 019.

FWIW, EUR/NAT refers to 2 ICAO regions, European and North Atlantic. it has nothing to do with Euro by which I assume you mean Eurocontrol.
