LOFT Question

Gents and ladies as well. I'm trying to put together a short leg to complete a simulator LOFT scenario. It's been awhile since I have flown into any English airports so I need some assistance...if possible.

Taking off from EINN, Rwy 06. Going to EGLL and want to land on 27L. What SID and ARRIVALs might one expect under these circumstances.
Not that it matters but the ac is a B777-300ER. I have access to JeppView, I just need the traffic flows for this departure and arrival.

Thanks in advance!

Standard Route Document gives ABAGU DCT SLANY UL9 STU UP2 OKESI Y3 BEDEK

SID would be a ABAGU 1A (http://www.iaa.ie/safe_reg/iaip/Publ...NN_24-8_en.pdf)

STAR would be OCK 2F (http://www.nats-uk.ead-it.com/aip/cu...GLL_7-6_en.pdf)

For the arrival, from OCK, you would usually get vectors to 27L. If that doesn't fit what you need to do though, try following the Initial Approach Procedures ILS or MLS RWY 27L/27R Without Radar Control procedure (http://www.nats-uk.ead-it.com/aip/cu...LL_7-15_en.pdf)

Hope this helps
