Good news!

SHANWICK OCEANIC ATC SYSTEM SEEMS TO BE STABLE NOW. CAPACITY HAS INREASED TO 25 AND EXCPECTING SOON TO BE BACK TO NORMAL. MORE INFO AS SOON AS WE HAVE IT.

Who's to Blame in a blameless culture

Have Sky News or BBC news issued an apology to the IAA as it was originaly announced on both stations that major delays were expected due to System Failure at Shannon Airport?

I thought at least the Beebs would have confirmed before broadcast.
