Oshkosh- what led to arrival procedures

in 1974, there were no special arrival procedures during the convention/airshow now known as AirVenture. Listen to the ATC that led to remote controllers, vfr sequencing miles out and 3 at a time landings one each of the 2 (sometimes 3) runways-
