Liverpool and Hawarden

Hi,

first time post on ATC thread.
Hoping someone could help..........I am looking to fly to Hawarden to keep my MEP IR current and visit some friends there.

Prior to this though, I was wondering if it is possible to do a few holds and procedural NDB or ILS approach at Liverpool then on the go around continue en-route to Hawarden.

......so with that scenario in mind, does Liverpool ATC generally permit this or should I just plan for the approaches at Hawarden?

any light shed on this greatly appreciated!

Can`t help you from the LPL point of view but if you can do the training at HAW then it will be much quieter, fewer hold ups during the hold, and since you are landing there too you may be able to negotiate a bit of discount on the training over the phone before you go.
