English courses for ATC

Hi all,

Being highly interested in language training and currently working at an English training department, I'd be very interested to know how your units cope with English training, what kind of courses you receive, if, how and how often your are tested and all the ins and outs of language proficiency/language training in your centers.
(This questions being mainly addressed to non native English speakers )

Thanks for your answers !
