All ICAO documents are copyrighted and available to download via the subscription website.

I don't agree with their policy, which is borne out of a lack of funding by the signatory states, some of which are delinquent in their payments.

Nevertheless, under the present rules that's the situation.

It would be wrong of me to suggest searching for a Danish University site that seems to have all the publications available for free, but having signed a pact with the devil I can't help myself.
