Just as an aside what is happening with Christmas lunches/dinners this year, are NATS giving any money towards it. I watched on TV this morning an article about companies and how they view their employees and it was said unanimously that unless the whole shebang was paid for by the company they really can't think much of their staff. Last time I was involved you could get £20 towards it but you had to enter claim forms etc etc which always seemed a tad shabby to me.
