I flew over to Le Touquet last year as part of a flying club excursion.. and Mr Sugar was there too. He actually landed right before us, and in the end took off hours later, just after us in his lovely little Cirrus - guess he has a PPL or better. He was on frequency with me for probably 20 minutes in total.

There was a burning sensation to say something like 'you're fired' - and if the word 'fire' wasn't in there I might have.. but I figured the French controllers might have had a bit of a mare if they'd heard that :P

He collected some rubbish bikes from the airport and paid his landing fee on credit card - wonder what his limit was
