Can any shed more light on the 8(?) arrested from Skyguide?
Who (ATCs, Managment etc.) why (what charges are they facing etc.?)
All related to the July 2002 event obviously? Saw something from the Mosco Times online recently, seemed a little unbalanced in its reporting...
