Jerricho, that wouldn't be the same lass that used to like a bet?
Speaking of infamous!

I agree with TT...the Canadian Snow Goose would have to be the most infamous in at least 4 units

Yes DD that would be the same such individual. I am a sadist Jerri, so how bout the mental flashback of her partner in crime, the BBW also in the white T-shirt with no underwear. One had no rack and the other a rack hanging down round her knees.

You deserve it all mate, cos if memory serves me correct you were the one that supplied the white T-shirts. Next time black!!! Please!!!

I guess you can't count the Big Girl as an infamous controller as she never made it through training, but certainly was infamous, especially with 3 particular TMA controllers from Melbourne that she was very friendly with while on attachment. Supposedly all on the 1 night! Now I am sure to get sued.

NOT GUILTY!!!!

I think you had better be pointing your finger my next door neighbour of the time, our resident Admino-man. And if MY memory serves me correctly, he invited them over.

<<I've thought of one - Judith Chisolm. >>

Nice of you to remember her, BALIX. I was on the same watch as Judith... and I talked to her during her climb-out on the record flight. Her mother wrote a fabulous little book about her, which I only came across a few months ago. It was tragic what happened to her - a really magic lady.

HD

I never had the pleasure so to speak, being a relative youngster with only 24 years in the job She had left Air Traffic well before then.

The TV programme about her, whilst memorable for the interview in the bath was, of course, primarily concerned with the round the world flight. Compared with Fossett's recent acheivement, you wonder just who was the braver (or madder ). Fossett's trip was a milestone, true, but crossing the Pacific in a Cessna Centurion took, well, a lot of balls. Judith obviously had them in abundance

Nice one about Judith Chisolm - I remember her flying jets from over at Field's Aviation.

Now more LHR controllers. I recall a couple, who sadly I believe went their separate ways, W & J C. Excellent, each in their own way, just perfect to do runway inspections when either of them were on. J was wonderfully quick-witted and always ahead of the game where W was patient and maintained an even strain even in the most trying times.

Cheers,
TOO

Lol. The boys are calling him Moneyberry these days. He is off walking Kokoda as we speak. I work with him daily. Good bloke. His father inlaw was Elderly Australian of the year last year. Pretty impressive.

You're right Tobzalp, he is a nice guy, but is it still the case that he has a clip-board permanently attached to his body somewhere. If ever there was a guy in dire need of a good blow job, he's the man. Goddam man take a chill pill.

I apologise Jerricho, my recollection of the evening has become fuzzy over the years, especially the last few completely debaucherous ones here in the sand pit.

Fair go. He's started to mellow in his elder years. Call him "The slum-lord of Lutwyche" like I do.

And I accept your apology graciously there AN . I wish my memory of the whole thing had become fuzzy as well.

Just because your name is on the toilet walls in Albert Park doesn't make you famous.

Nah Alan. Not surprised you recognised it though. That was your Missus' phone number.

Just below that one is your Momma's.

Judith C

Hi guys

Thanks for the memories of Judith at Heathrow. Not long after I arrived there as an ATCA from LATCC, she was working in the VCR on my watch and the watch supervisor (Les W) was tut tutting about 'inapropriate dress' or something. Went up to VCR later to collect something and JC was working an air position wearing some very short shorts and a bikini top. The air conditioning had failed and it was a very hot summer!

H Director, do you know where you can get that book about her? The BBC did a documentary about her that I still have on VT (if it's survived)
