TAG, a new horizon!
So, TAG take over, bonus issue unresolved, NERC probably will be delayed, so who now gets sacked for incompetence?
Although I am not involved with the NERC issue, if it is true and there will be a delay, surely all those managers who have promised the end of January 2002 for NERC opening should be sacked for gross mis-conduct. If I lied to get myself out of a huge hole at work I would expect no leniency from my manager! Cant blame IPMS for this chaps!!!!!!
I feel real sympathy for those staff members having to re-locate and all the disruption that this causes. This is not a single re-location, but a massed exodus into Hampshire from West London.
As to the remaining issue, the bonus, what is going on? Not so long ago there was talk of a 4% additional pay claim to substitute for a poor performing bonus and possible industrial action! Am I to be balloted?
I am not so cynical, any company communicating with its staff has to be commended, I rather like my card. Thanks Mr Everitt, I dont envy your task. Brilliant ATCO's and ATSA's moving record numbers of flights with too few staff and with shocking morale, surrounded by incompetence!!
