Question NATS controlled aerodromes

Anyone out there got a full list of NATS controlled aerodromes?

Anyone work for Serco or at any other none NATS aerodromes? Better or worse than NATS? I'd be interested to know the advantages and disadvantages.

You forgot the most important (and according to NATS management the most efficient and profitable):

London City

also known as Disney Airport!

String

At your stage of the game I'd worry about getting accepted by NATS and then completing the course. You won't get trained any other way without a long wait, or spending VAST amounts of your own money.

Only when this falls apart it's time to look at other employers - none of whom have anything like NATS training budget <img src="wink.gif" border="0">

Cool

Also have NATS ATCO's at Larkhill (range nr Boscombe Down, Salisbury Plain) and Aberporth, a larger range in Wales.

VERY unlikely that you'll ever end up there - esp from the college......but ya never know !!!

Seriously, NATS are your best bet for free training.

The one airfield that no one has mentioned, I am especially disappointed in Bright-Ling for this, is sunny Farnborough. The cultural centre of the NATS universe.....

One of the Approach course that has just finished at the college was sent to Aberporth. He was far from amused.

How could you forget Farnborough!!! Especially after that interview in Airspace with a certain DWM whose favourite politician is President Blair. Need I say more!
