NOTHING. They are still the same small size font. They have been made bold but this doesn't add much to their legibility IMHO.
OCT course managers carefully omit to mention this, or if they do they just say that there have been "improvements". If you actually question them about exactly what is better they get very shirty and try to moev the subject on very quickly.

I've heard rumours suggesting that Occupational Health are finally taking an interest. No doubt the decision will be to fix it as soon as possible after O-date. Meanwhile work continues to provide braille flight strips for those ATCOs (and ATSAs) whose eyesight will have been irrevocably damaged by then.
