Thanks to KK directors
As a first post, I hope this is well received...
Many thanks to the excellent folks on Gatwick director Friday and Sunday evening - on both occasions we were given transits to and from Redhill, as well as some random orbiting and photo-taking in the zone even though things sounded quite busy.
I appreciate us VFR PPLs on a sunny weekend afternoon are not at the top of the list when it comes to handling priority, so credit where its due - especially as we were out enjoying the sun.
Paul.

As opposed to those plastic ones you pretend to control that are sitting on your desk or hanging from the roof?

Yet another thread, started seriously, gets hijacked by some silly kids... C'mon gang - you're supposed to be PROFESSIONALS.
Paul - I'm sure that your posting was appreciated by those involved. ATC gets plenty of criticism from VFR pilots so it's very pleasant to have some nice comments.
