Another daft Concorde at EGLL question...

The Met Office 5-day forecast promises 10mph northerley winds for Friday...(no need for the anorak after all!!)
What will be the preferred direction if that materialises...and are all deps and arrivals definitely going to be on the north runway?

Hee-hee. Lets see if the Met office got it right.

As 27 is our preferential runway, it will depend just what the easterly or westerly componet of the northerly wind is!

Clear as mud, hey!

It was completely legal, and watch this space for a link to photos of the radar when I get round to uploading them - the crews loved it!

Maybe - maybe not
It wasn't specially arranged - just a normal Heathrow Approach procedure when 2 Concs happened to arrive at the same time

Hope we didn't steal the thunder from Friday's arrangements!

If so, what time?
Today it was around 1645Z

If anyone has photos of the 2 Concs, please email me them and I'll put them on the site.
